Madagascar: Cyclone Lashes Eastern Seaboard, Killing At Least One

Maputo — Cyclone Giovanna, as of Tuesday morning, was over central Madagascar, and heading in a south-westerly direction towards the Mozambique Channel, according to the National Meteorology Institute (INAM).
