The historic October snowstorm is ending in Maine this morning. States of Emergency have been declared in New York, CT, MA & NJ. 2.5 million people lost power (MSNBC) and power companies are warning it may be more than a week before it’s restored. Here’s an approximate snowfall map via NOAA:

Concord, NH: 22.2″
West Milford, NJ: 19″
North Hillsdale, NY: 18″
Bridgton, ME: 17.4″
Bristol, CT: 17″
Mount Storm, WV: 14″
Huffs Church, PA: 13″
Sabillasville, MD: 11.5″
Skyland, VA: 9″
On land, winds gusted to 69 mph at Barnstable, Mass. Coastal flooding was reported in Massachusetts. As of this writing (9 AM Sunday), waves just spiked from 24 to 27 feet at a buoy off of Cape Cod.
